Planned delivery contents

  • Desk Toilet One or One Studio.
  • Two sanitized C12 cartridges: one assigned to the unit and one spare.
  • One year of AirSeal Filters and the cleaning kit.
  • USB-C power equipment and a rigid C12 transit vessel.

Development specification All dimensions and procedures require prototype, human-factors, materials, and installation validation before launch instructions are issued.

Required installation envelope

No apron, crossbar, pedestal, drawer, cable tray, footrest, wall, or lift component may enter the product, knee, lid, filter, cable, ventilation, or extraction envelope.

Workspace eligibility

The proposed pilot requires controlled visual privacy and a dedicated adult operator. A freestanding screen does not control entry.

Proposed founding-pilot workspace eligibility
EnvironmentPilot statusCondition
Private home officeSupportedEntry and exterior sightlines can be controlled.
Enclosed single-person officeSupportedDoor closes and internal glazing is covered during use.
Private lockable coworking officeSite reviewMay qualify under the same rules as a private office.
Lockable one-person privacy boothConditionalRequires clearance, ventilation, power, egress, floor, cleaning, and collection review.
Shared officeNot permittedMay qualify only after conversion to sole occupancy or installation inside an approved booth.
Open-plan office or cubicleNot permittedExposed placement and a freestanding screen are insufficient.
Shared conference roomNot permittedExcluded from the founding enterprise pilot.
Coworking common area or hot deskNot permittedA dedicated lockable private office is required.
Public-facing workspaceNot permittedPublic-access areas are excluded.

No approved privacy area may have a camera or security-monitoring sightline into the use area. Food-preparation, clinical, childcare, sleeping, public-access, and required egress spaces are excluded.

Install the unit

  1. Inspect the delivery

Check the enclosure, power equipment, two C12 cartridges, AirSeal supply, cleaning kit, and transit vessel. Do not install equipment with shipping damage, a wet package, or a disturbed cartridge seal.
  2. Measure the complete envelope

Confirm the desk opening, underside, knee, front, side, rear, lid, cable, and filter clearances. Check the entire travel path of a height-adjustable desk.
  3. Set the seat height

With the unit unoccupied, lid closed, cartridge secured, and stabilization feet retracted, select the required index. Confirm the same index appears on both sides.
  4. Position the unit

Roll the unit over an approved hard floor. Align the service side and rear outlet with their clearances. Keep the power cable out of every caster, foot, lift, and extraction path.
  5. Stabilize

Lock all four casters. Lower all four stabilization feet until they bear evenly. Verify the enclosure does not rock and the final floor slope is no more than 1°.
  6. Connect power

Use the supplied equipment with a grounded outlet within 6 ft / 1.8 m. Do not use an extension cord in a pilot installation.
  7. Run the readiness check

Confirm the C12 is keyed and seated. Restore power and wait for local seal, airflow, battery, and service checks to show Ready.

Approved floor

Sealed tile, resilient flooring, sealed concrete, or stable finished wood.

Not approved

Carpet, rug, soft mat, uneven threshold, unstable raised panel, wet location, or a stabilized slope above .

Route the power cable behind the unit and outside caster, stabilization-foot, desk-lift, and cartridge-extraction paths. Use supplied power equipment at a grounded outlet within 6 ft from a grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord.

Commissioning check

  • Both height indexes match and the desk is stopped.
  • All four casters are locked and all four feet bear evenly.
  • The desk opening, knee path, lid path, and service clearances remain unobstructed.
  • The rear outlet and air intake are clear; the filter side is accessible.
  • The cable cannot enter a caster, foot, lift, or extraction path.
  • The installed C12 is seated and the spare is sanitized, capped, and stored securely.
  • The local seal and airflow checks complete with Ready.
  • The room provides controlled entry and sightlines.
